The battery capacity will drop over 20% after about 500 charging cycles, so battery life time is about 3 years.If the product is more frequently used, life time will be shorter. You can buy a replacement battery when the battery capacity is reduced.
What is the life time of the silver ion in the clean water tank?
The silver ions life time inside the clean water tank is about 5 years. After 5 years you can replace a new clean water tank.
What is the mixture ratio between cleaning solution and clean water?
Mixture ratio between cleaning solution and clean water is 1:50. One bottle cap of solution for one clean water tank.
What’s the difference between PW11 Pro Max, PW11 Pro and PW11?
PW11 Pro Max is with 460W power, dual brushroll mopping, it has additional carpet brush, electric mattress head, crevice tool, upholstery brush.
PW11 Pro is with 460W power, dual brushroll mopping, it has additional electric mattress head, crevice tool, upholstery brush.
PW11 is with 400W power, single brushroll mopping, it has additional, crevice tool, upholstery brush. Other functions are the same.
When you do the self cleaning roller option should it have cleaning solution or just water?
We will recommend you to put in some cleaning solution to clean the brushroll better. Please add one cap of solution for one tank of clean water.
Working time on hard floor cannot reach 40 minutes.
1. Please make sure battery is fully charged.
2. 40 minutes is under Floor mode, if you use carpet mode, working time is about 20 minutes. If you use uder Auto mode, vacuum power will be adjusted according to floor cleaness and working time will change accordingly.
3. If the product has been used for a long time. Battery working time will be reduced.
